I stayed at a hotel that was located near a noisy street, right above a cafe, which made me apprehensive about the noise level. However, the Junior Suite I upgraded to was lovely. The staff's English skills were lacking, but they made an effort to communicate in Italian. The location was a highlight, within walking distance to Roma Termini and various attractions. The dining options were satisfactory, with a mix of positives and negatives.

Staying on the first floor above a cafe made me a bit concerned about noise, but once the soundproof windows were closed, we felt very comfortable. The room was small but cozy and extremely clean. The service was a mix - some staff were nice and friendly, while others seemed rude and condescending. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Termini with plenty of nearby restaurants. The dining experience was decent with a continental menu available. Overall, a good stay with minor drawbacks.
